Debbie primarily focuses her time in our home health division.  She graduated from Mohave County Community College's Physical Therapy Assistant program in 2011.  She enjoys working with our acute physical therapy patients that have difficulty with basic mobility inside and outside of the home.  Improving strength and balance in the home often allows her patients to resume community independence.  Debbie is trained in instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) as well as a variety of taping methods through the RockTape method that she can apply to a variety of musculoskeletal disorders

Kenny was raised in Virginia graduating from Northeastern University with his doctorate in physical therapy in 2015.  After graduating he and his wife Andrea moved to Kingman to start their careers Kingman where they could combine their professional skills with their love for small farming.  Kenny specializes in orthopedic conditions as he primarily focuses on our total joint populations and non-surgical treatment of musculoskeletal aches and pains.

Kaylee Menk, PTA

Physical Therapy Assistant


Kaylee is the newest addition to our team.  She graduated from Mohave County Community College's Physical Therapy Assistant program in 2018.   She works primarily in our Kingman Clinic treating a variety of orthopedic, neurologic, and work related patients.  She enjoys forming relationships with her patients on their path to recovery.  She has been an asset to our clinic in her career so far and we look forward to where she specializes as she develops her clinic skill set.

Chris grew up in Boston, Massachusetts graduating from Northeastern University with his doctorate in physical therapy in 2012.  He moved to Kingman, AZ in 2014 in search of adventure and a smaller community that he felt he could have a more personal relationship with.  Over the course of his career he has worked in our outpatient clinics, home health setting, and has received advanced certifications in occupational health to perform physical therapy with our on-site industrial partners. Chris lives with his wife and daughter in Kingman, Arizona with their four dogs, four cats, and their chickens.
